Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
we want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Request a Return – Log in to your account on sarahzenoff.com and follow the returns process.
  2. Package Your Item – Make sure it’s unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  3. Send It Back – Use a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt until your return is processed.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

EXCHANGES
If you’d like a different size or colour, you’ll need to return the original item and place a new order. We don’t offer direct exchanges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or earrings unless faulty. Sale items are also final sale unless there’s a defect.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can sort it out for you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be liable for lost returns.
